As of V9.08 you can use brackets in the full-text search input field.

Thereby the use of boolean operators can be optimized.

Example 1:

Hexagon bolts shall be found either with the size M10x50 or M10x60.

Search term:

Hexagon bolt (M10x50 OR M10x60)

Only components meeting exactly this condition are found. (All search terms score hits in the project file.)

Example 2:

"Head cap bolts" either with material "St37" or "St70" shall be found.

Search term:

Head cap bolt (bronze OR brass)

Only components exactly meeting the search term are found.

In the table view, you can see, that both the term "Head cap bolt" and the terms inside a LinkDB column scored hits.
