Via context menu command Copy project data, you can simply copy project data and insert it in other projects and directories (e.g. also catalog root directory).
Example: The
variables "$Variable_Headline." and
"$Value_Headline."
have been created in PARTtemplateDesigner and so now
only refer to the test object determined there. However, the template
shall be valid for all catalog projects.
Select the project containing the desired data and call the context menu command Copy project data.
Activate the option Media Variable, in order to copy all available variables or activate one or several variables separately.
Select the project or directory (also catalog root directory), where you want to insert the data.
Call the context menu and click Insert project data.
