10.4.1. Create / change Elements

  • Create Elements:

    1. In the toolbar, click on the desired icon:

    2. Drag out the element area at the desired template position with the cursor. Approximate positioning is completely sufficient, because you can determine the exact position and dimensioning via dialog area afterwards.)

      -> The dialog box Name opens.

    3. Determine an unique name and confirm with OK.

      [Note]Note

      Lower case is recommend. All special characters allowed in Windows can be used here as well.

      -> The dialog area Elements is displayed with specific setting options (either as docking or as single window).

    4. Adjust element position and size and perform the other settings.

      Example: Rectangle selected

  • Change Elements:

    In the template, select the desired element.

    Example: Rectangle selected

    Example: Rectangle selected

    -> You can recognize the selection at the light green margin.

    -> The dialog area Elements is displayed (either as docking or as single window).
