When using HTTPS (SSL), the Server has to authenticate itself to the Client.
This happens via certificates. Certificates are either issued self-signed (only for test purposes) or by a trusted certificate authority.
The certification happens via Windows Certificate Store, which you can open on the tabbed page Port configuration by clicking on the link certlm.msc.
Already created certificates can be selected in the list field under Hostname.
