	This function is only available on catalog level.

The function Convert previews... converts all *.PRA (technical previews) of a project into the selected output format. Output is in a separate directory, namely in the same structure as in the catalog.

Assign media variable:

This function can be used in order for the paths to be automatically assigned to Media variables. This is convenient at the creation of a PRINTcatalog. The Media variables can be found in PARTproject in the Documents tabbed page. See Section 5.9.18, “ Tabbed page "Media variable" ”.
