Color settings

In the dialog area Color settings, you can find the following setting options:

  • Element color: Elements drawn in the sketcher

  • Highlighted: As long as the mouse is moved over an element without clicking, the corresponding element is highlighted.

  • Selected: Element selected by mouse click or dragged rectangle

  • Grid: Also see Section 7.18.4.2.3, “ Grid ”.

  • Live dimensions: See below.

  • Base points (auxiliary points of construction): Blue circle signalizing that a ref-point can be clicked here. For example, in the intersect point of two circles. Once the mouse is coming close to the point, the blue circle is displayed.

    When a command is active, auxiliary points of construction are also displayed, if the mouse cursor is moved over the point.

  • Background:

  • Coordinate system: See below.

  • Axis extension: See below.

  • Blocked: Elements which cannot be deleted, because they are used by other features.

    For example, if on a face another sketch has been created by Generate sketch on selected face and has been extruded, then the corresponding edge is blocked in the base sketch so that it cannot be deleted.
