7.2. 3DFindIT - White screen

Problem: In client environments on a VM, 3DfindIT may possibly show a white screen due to GPU limitation.[36]

Solutions:

  • In the VM settings, use Enable 3D Support

    or (in case that 3D support was not enabled)

  • set the following key:

    partsolu.cfg 

    [WIZARD]
CefSwiftshader=true
