1.7.3.2. Configuration of the PARTdataManager view

The configuration of the PARTdataManager view occurs under PARTlinkManager -> Extras -> Configure ERP environment -> tab PARTlinkManager preferences.

Display texts in column header
The entry under Variable shows up in the PARTdataManager as the main entry.
The entry under Translated description (Description, if no translation is available) shows up in the PARTdataManager as a side entry.
Visibility of columns in the PARTlinkManager
In the list field under Visible select Yes or No.
The selection is based on the visibility in the PARTlinkManager.
Note
Which columns are displayed in the PARTdataManager is set in PARTadmin under Roles.
Column background colors
To determine the background color for a specific column, do the following:
1. Under Group definitions set the desired color. This contains a specific number.
2. Under Modify column display select the desired column.
3. In the list selection under Group select the desired group number.

Images in columns

Set bitmap with condition (PDataMgr only)
Mark the desired column (in this example PRICE4).
Select Adjust table values -> Set bitmap with condition (PDataMgr only)
Enter the Condition and select the desired image via double-click on Bitmap.

Set bitmap (PDataMgr only)

Mark the desired column (in this example LOC1).

Select Adjust table values -> Set bitmap (PDataMgr only)

Under Intern enter the value for which the bitmap is to be displayed (in this example 'x') and by double-clicking under Bitmap choose the desired image.

If you like to use `$CADENAS_LANGUAGE`, then change the specific language entry (e.g. german) in the configuration file under `%CADENAS%/setup_pldbdemo/plinkcommen.cfg -> BMPMAPPING_LOCx` to $(CADENAS_LANGUAGE). $CADENAS_LANGUAGE

If you like to use $CADENAS_LANGUAGE, then change the specific language entry (e.g. german) in the configuration file under %CADENAS%/setup_pldbdemo/plinkcommen.cfg -> BMPMAPPING_LOCx to $(CADENAS_LANGUAGE).

Colorful texts in columns
- Adjust text and color
  In the "ACTIVE_STATE" the colors are set differently for the entries.
  Selection "ACTIVE_STATE"
- Adjust color with condition
  In the "PRICE" column, the color is displayed depending on the regulations.
