The NX interface supports Routing Electrical features. PARTsolutions parts accordingly classified (see Section 5.12.12.3, “Classification of Electrical Connections [CNS_CP|4|3])” in eCATALOGsolutions Manual) have their Multi Ports marked with the double arrow symbol (just like parts manually created in NX).

Under Application -> Electrical -> More -> Qualify Part, you can find the Multi Ports listed.

Classification attributes

Terminal data (classification attributes) of the single sub-ports are appended to a Multi Port.

When selecting a Multi Port you can open the dialog box Characteristics via context menu command Object Characteristics. Here you can find a listing of the classification attributes. Only attributes with existing mapping will appear.
