Once the CreateFlexibleAssemblies option of the ifugnx.cfg is set to 1, and an assembly (catalog) is inserted into another assembly (user), position data of the new assembly's (catalog) subcomponents will be stored in the target assembly (user). This allows the user to move these subcomponents around without modifying the catalog assembly.

The piston has been moved out of the cylinder, modifying only the user assembly.
