In many cases
remote assistance can provide quick and efficient help. The support team
uses the "TeamViewer" and "Netviewer" applications for this.
You can
download the client version free of charge in different languages under
"http://www.cadenas.de -> Support -> Supporttools".

you reach the application directly via "Start -> Programs ->
CADENAS -> Support Tools".
