As of version 9.07 the export format IFC is available.

Export menu -> Export in file -> 3D CAD formats -> IFC Macro 3D

The Industry Foundation Classes (IFC) data model is intended to describe building and construction industry data (Building Information Modeling). For more details see http://de.wikipedia.org/wiki/Industry_Foundation_Classes and http://www.buildingsmart.org/standards/ifc.

The format is usable for example in Tekla BIMsight, REVIT and many more systems.
