When selecting the user "location" the following roles are available:

  • Administrator

  • New York

  • New York (reduced view)

  • Los Angelos

  • Los Angeles (reduced view)

  • Chicago

  • Chicago (reduced view)

Status light

When switching between "Role" and "Role (reduced view)" the type of status light changes.

-> Status light "normal"

Export conditions:

((ERP_PDM_NUMBER.NE.'').AND.(LOC1.EQ.'x'))

  • The ERP_PDM_NUMBER may not be left blank

    AND

  • The column LOC1 must have the character ‚x

If both conditions have been met, the status light turns green.

"Normal" status light

"Normal" status light

-> Status light "enhanced"

For the roles LOC1 and LOCRED1 the export conditions are identical.

((ERP_PDM_NUMBER.NE.'').AND.(LOC1.EQ.'x'))

The Export condition on the General tabbed page and the Condition for the display of individual status lights on the Bitmaps tabbed page coincide.

[Note]Note

In this example, with the enhanced status light, the status light color acts as an information.

For export, the same conditions must be fulfilled as for the normal status light.

An export is also possible with yellow, for example, as long as an ERP_PDM_NUMBER is available and the marking 'x' is set in the proper column.

Dialog new ident-no. assigned

The dialog window new ident-no. is different for the enhanced and reduced role view.

The settings for the dialog is carried out in the configuration file erpcustom.cfg in the block USERDIALOG. By adding the role name in parentheses (in the figure below USERDIALOG(LOC1) behind the block name, the dialog can be specified for individual roles.
