As soon as data are already available with the number in the LinkDB, the identification of datasets using the number is offered; this is absolutely clear.

In the ERP-System or the PDM-System, which takes over ERP assignments, a trigger (SAP: BAPI) takes care of the transfer of data changes into Part Solutions.

The trigger calls up PARTdataCenter with the dataset to be updated; PARTdataCenter adds the dataset in the LinkDB.

Triggers must be written especially for the existent ERP system.
