As of V12 SP4, it is possible in PARTproject via the catalog context menu command Output -> Generate image data/preview images to export only certain files in PS3 format and then convert them to rfa format using a script.
To create only certain files, select the option Order number list [Order Numbers List] with specification of a CSV file under Source in the Export files dialog.
