If the number of search results displayed in Geometric search (3D [Geometric search (3D)] ) is below the set maximum number due to the required minimum similarity [Minimum similarity], the Extend search area to xy% similarity button appears at the end of the list of search results.

In this figure the button shows the value "Extend search range to 80% similarity". The default value for minimum similarity has been 90%. Using standard settings the percent value is reduced by 10 percent points per click and the search is started again.

By default, the increment with which the percentage value of the minimum similarity is reduced is set to 10. If you want to change this, create the following two keys in PARTadmin under $CADENAS_USER/psolopt.cfg create the following two keys.
