Mark the sketch at which you want to cut.

Select the Cut (incl. dependent) [Cut (including dependencies)] command in the context menu.

Mark the face where you want to insert the sketch.

In the context menu, select the command Insert cut-out sketch [Insert previously cut sketch] (Sketch ...)

-> On the insertion plane, different coordinate systems are displayed.

Make a double click on the respective coordinate system.

Now the complete history below the sketch is moved to this new plane (or level).
