You can use the project filter [Project filter] when checking out catalogs to ignore different projects when checking out.
Open PARTproject and first add any filter to a project. Preferably a project where you want to apply the filter.
Add the project filter [Project filter] to the desired projects in a catalog.
Right-click on the catalog to be checked out > Output > Check out catalog.
In the dialog box, select the previously created filter via Filter > .. .
