8.2.5. Certified catalogs

  • Certified catalogs are characterized by a high level of component intelligence.

  • CAD models from these catalogs contain special functions such as level of detail, thread information and kinematics.

After Click on the button only certified catalogs will be displayed. displayed.

  • How can I tell whether a catalog has a seal and which one?

    For catalogs with a seal, a corresponding icon is displayed.

    • Gold seal

    • Silver seal

    • No seal

      No display of a seal

  • Would you like to know the specific features of each catalog?

    1. Select the desired catalog.

    2. To open the information on the QA seal, click on the black arrow next to it.

      ➝ A dialog opens with information about the QA seal.

  • What do the quality seals mean?

    Gold seal of quality

    • Available in several languages

    • Detailing levels included

    • Central administration with the CADENAS quality tool PARTproject QA

    • Electronic test run passed (CAD compatibility given)

    • Only unique designations contain ➝ full ERP compatibility

    • Installation spaces modeled as fume cupboards (e.g. for seals)

    • Kinematic / geometric dependencies defined
