  • AND has higher priority than OR

  • Parentheses has higher priority than AND and OR

Examples:

  • Searched: A hexagon bolt with either M10x50 or M10x60

    Hexagon head screw (M10x50 OR M10x60)

    is equivalent to

    Hexagon head screw M10x50 OR Hexagon head screw M10x60

    If you would omit the brackets in the first case, you would receive much more unclear results.
