In V12, individual parts of the assembly can be edited [Edit in PARTdesigner...] using the context menu command Edit in PARTdesigner [Edit in PARTdesigner...]... in both the configurator [Configurator] and the assembly docking window [Assembly] in PARTdesigner can be opened for editing.

When saving, changes are automatically applied in the assembly.

In addition, a tooltip for the connection rule is displayed in the docking window Structure [Assembly] on mouseover.
