If in the docking window Dimensionings, under 3D Parameter, the option Always visible is enabled, then the respective dimensioning is always displayed independently of the part's state of rotation. For example, this could be advantageously for certain dimensionings like overall dimensions.

In V11 dimensionings had been hidden, if the rotation was over a certain degree.

Text will not get rotated.

2D view will also not be affected.

In older versions the feature is simply ignored and so dimensioning displayed quite normal.

Without this feature's activation the shown dimensioning would not be visible in this state of rotation.
