For all reports using Custom variables, you can define certain variables of the characteristic attribute table (ERP variables or geometric variables), in order for the variables to be displayed in the report in addition.

In this exemplary fig. these are the variables "ERP number", "Material" and "Actual State".

These variables are defined in the Custom variables dialog box.

Under Variable type, you determine whether it's about an ERP variable or a geometric variable. (Double-click into the field opens the list field for type selection.)

Under Variable you select the desired variable.

After confirmation via OK the selection is displayed in the main window of the respective report, in the dialog area Custom variables.

In the list field, simply select the desired variable combination to be displayed in the report. On mouseover at an entry, all variables (labelings) are displayed in a tooltip.

As of PARTsolutions V9.08 all settings performed over time are saved in the user directory and displayed in the list field. So you don't have to perform always the same variable settings, but simply select the respective list field entry.
