1.7.5.19. seal.cfg - Catalog Quality Seal
After a catalog
has passed the quality check it can be awarded the gold seal or the silver seal.
The seals are
displayed at catalog level on the Symbols tab;
additionally also in the info
panel at catalog, directory, and project level (as long as the
feature for the catalog has been made available).
