Completely rebuild the cache's SQL index—after the index has been corrupted :

pappcache.exe -rebuildIndex C:\path\to\rfs2

Integrity Check the cache index and remove invalid entries:

pappcache.exe -verifyAndCleanIndex C:\path\to\rfs2
