An integrated watchdog monitors the service's health via heartbeat checks (every 10 seconds) and automatically restarts it in the event of a freeze or crash.

The DEAD status is triggered by a fully utilized thread pool combined with a simultaneous request stall lasting more than 60 seconds, or a crash counter exceeding 10. If EnableWatchDog = false, there is no automatic monitoring and no restart in the event of errors.
