The value in the ProjectName(isCreaOptNotSet) key is the name of the project in which standard parts are to be stored. If this project does not yet exist, the user also requires the right to create new projects or the ProjectName(isCreaOptNotSet) key must refer to an existing project in which the user has write permission.
