If there are missing search indexes, in PARTdataManager a respective message is displayed after searching.
When selecting the checkbox Do not show this message again, you can hide the message in future. Normally the index should be updated short-dated (see Kontextmenübefehle im Einzelnen, point Create full-text search index and Create LinkDB search index). Indexes can also be updated via cyclic nightly updates (see Section 4.14.3.3, “Automated and cyclical update of data ” in PARTsolutions - Administration Manual).
