In PARTadmin, in category Roles, on the tab page General you can recognize from the combination of the entries under Columns to be displayed and Columns not to be displayed (only for export) [Columns not to be displayed (export only)] which columns are actually visible. You can find details on this under Section 7.1.6, “ Columns to be displayed - plinkgroups.cfg -> Block [Role_name] -> Key "VARSUSED / VARSHIDDEN" ”.
For the "Purchineering" role, in addition to ERP_PDM_NUMBER, MAT_NAME, LOC1, LOC2, LOC3, also the column "PRICE" is displayed.
For the role "Warehouse Management", besides ERP_PDM_NUMBER, MAT_NAME, LOC1, LOC2, LOC3, also the column "Storage Space" is displayed.
For the roles "Product Design ..." and "Tooling ...", only the columns ERP_PDM_NUMBER, MAT_NAME, LOC1, LOC2, LOC3 are displayed.
