BIM-Tage Deutschland 2023 with CADENAS

In October, the professional event on BIM will take place again this year - with the active support of CADENAS luminaries

There is consensus among experts on three points:

1. The German construction industry is of great economic importance.

2. The construction industry in Germany is facing major challenges: Shortage of skilled workers, sustainability, rising costs, competitiveness, productivity etc.

3. The digital transformation of construction is the logical consequence to meet these difficulties.

For these reasons, the initiator of the BIM-Tage Deutschland 2023, Ralf Golinski, has taken up the cause to bundle BIM competences in order to advance digitalisation in the construction industry. In recent years, the event has developed into a summit meeting of the industry. Accordingly, CADENAS is also represented with a speaker and Karsten Spieß, Head of Data Management MEP/BIM, as a BIM master.

Online lecture to kick off the conference

On 9 October, the conference will start online and Wolfgang Nagl, Vice President International Sales eCatalogs & Digital Twins at CADENAS, will already provide the audience with "Five good reasons for a digital twin for BIM planning" on the first day. On the following two days, the BIM Tage will be part of INTERGEO, which will take place at the exhibition centre in Berlin.

Keynote at the end

On Thursday, 12 October, the event moves on to the AXICA Congress and Conference Centre directly at the Brandenburg Gate. There, visitors can expect a panel discussion with Wolfgang Nagl and high-ranking representatives from industry and politics on the topic of "Digital transformation in construction: environmental protection and productivity hand in hand".
