CADENAS and Butzbach open the door to the future

Logistics halls, factories or aircraft hangars - the manufacturer Butzbach produces industrial doors for every application. For use cases that require a particularly high speed, the Butzbach portfolio includes the high-speed doors ECOSPRINT, which open at a speed of up to 3 m/s.
The series is available in numerous different versions, so that the individual variants meet the most diverse requirements. Until now, however, this range also complicated the planning of the high-speed doors. That is why the manufacturer offers its customers a new service: a digital product catalog and configurator.
High speed of planning
The tool is based on the software eCATALOGsolutions by CADENAS and is available to prospects and customers both on the Butzbach homepage and on 3Dfindit. This allows planners to individualise the doors based on dimensions, mounting options, drive types and numerous other aspects.
Predefined selection options and target areas make it easier for users to plan the high-speed doors, so that only a few clicks are needed until the optimal variant has been digitally created. In addition, the product configurator includes a 2D and 3D preview to visualise the current progress with each adjustment.
Afterwards, users can download the CAD and BIM-capable data free of charge in more than 100 native and neutral file formats and import them directly into their planning software. This saves customers a lot of time - in the design process and when they can later move through the hall unhindered because the ECOSPRINT doors open and close in seconds.
