Reverse-Proxy / Balancer support:
In order for the AppServer to be operated behind a reverse proxy or a layer 7 load balancer, it must transmit the public host name/port or client IP addresses via the X-Forwarded-For or X-Forwarded-Protocol header. If this is fulfilled, the AppServer must also be informed that it also accepts these headers from the relevant proxy. This can be configured here.
