7.4. PDM activation moved to ifacecommon.cfg

Currently interface configuration files (if<name>.cfg) are scanned for blocks concerning PDM modules and then these enabled/disabled.[38]

As related with considerable time advantage these "switches" are now located in the central configuration file ifacecommon.cfg.
