1.2.8.5.1.4. ERP settings

You can map attributes and write their values directly into the LinkDB:

Preconditions:

  • The LinkDB has to be active.

  • The option Enable ERP has to be selected.

    1. Select the node PARTsolutions Exporter.

    2. Under LinkDb Settings, click on ....

      -> The Select options dialog is opened.

    3. Move the item Enable ERP to the right and confirm with OK.

Mapping:

  1. Select the node AttributeMapper.

  2. Select the mode:

    • Inclusive mode disabled:

      The values of same-named attributes will be taken into the LinkDB.

    • Inclusive mode enabled:

      Only attribute value being contained in the mapping table, will be transferred to the target classification. All other attributes will be deleted from the target.

      _cnsuid, _cadident_idnr and _is_convertible must exist in the mapping table!

    [Note]Note

    If there are same-named attributes in CAD and PDM, they are transferred only once.

Mapping fields:

  • Source Classification: normally is "pdm"

  • Destination Classification: Selection in list field

    • empty: Geometrical attribute

    • linkdb = Field in LinkDB

  • Attribute Name: Attribute name which shall be mapped

  • Attribute Target Name: Name of target attribute

  • Description: Description of target attribute

    (The description of different languages can be set)

  • Operation: Selection in the list field

    • No entry: Add attribute

    • Delete -> Delete attribute from table

    • Hide -> Add attribute, but hide in table

    • Use as Preview

  • Attribute Group: leave empty
