You can import individual projects and entire directories into the database. You have the following commands available.
Import this project into the [Import this project in database] database (at project level)
Open the parts tree using the Switch tree on/off [Tree on/off] button.
Use the context menu command Import this project into the database [Import this project in database] to import a project or even entire folders into the LINKDB.
-> The geometric data is now available, but no ERP numbers have been assigned yet.
-> Imported data records are marked in red in the LINKDB as they do not yet contain an ERP number.
The ERP number is assigned as described above.
Only import projects from this directory [Import only projects from this folder] (at directory level)
The import is performed as shown above.
Caution When importing an entire folder it is possible to import more than 1000 datasets! Therefore be especially careful when using this command.

The project is completely imported into the database with all lines. All data records receive the entry Locked under Current status [Active status] and no entry under Requested status.
