Use this command to assign an ERP number to a link that has already been created. Data records without an ERP number are displayed in red by default.
Select a data record (or several) and call up the context menu command Assign ERP numbers.
-> The Generate value sequence dialog box opens.
There are different options for the value generation:
Enter a fixed desired ERP number in the input field. (Only useful when selecting a single data record)
-> The Automatic generation area is grayed out.
-> A base value with a variable (%VAR%) appears. You can freely adjust the base value.
You can also freely select the start, increment and number of digits.
This command removes the link between number and geometry. -> The data record is now displayed in red. However, the number is retained (you can display "empty numbers" at any time if you set the option "+ unused ERP numbers [+ unused ERP numbers] " in the list field.
