If document or material have mandatory fields which are not part of the standard mapping, then for each mandatory attribute a mapping has to be made in direction of SAP (C:\PDM\ECTR5.2\applications\ugs\customize\config\attributes-to-sap.xml).
If, in particular at the material or document creation in SAP, custom components are involved, it may happen that attributes are not correctly transferred to SAP.
