The blend feature was released with version 11.00 SP3. If you open a part with blends in versions <= 10 (PSOL and PARTserver), the blends are not displayed.

If you save the project in versions <= 10, all blends will be lost!

The blend feature should always be used as the last step, i.e. at the very end of the modeling. (The only exception is if there are complications with the tangential continuation)

The tool is called up in the 3D view on any edge or surface.
