The Create HTML index command is available at catalog level.

Create your catalog structure (or a substructure) in HTML format.

  1. Select the catalog directory or any subdirectory and execute the command Create HTML index in the context menu under Output.

    -> The same-named dialog box opens.

    • Target directory [Destination directory]: The entire generated HTML structure is stored here.

    • Base link: Deeplinks are created for all directories and projects using the path set under Base link.

    • Open the HTML page in your browser [Open HTML page in browser]: If you want to see the result immediately, activate the checkbox.

  2. Make the desired settings and confirm with OK.

    -> The start page opens.

    The start page contains information on the supported output formats (Native CAD and Neutral CAD ). It also contains information on supported ERP/PDM interfaces.

  3. Select the desired catalog language.

    -> Now you can see the index structure at uppermost level.

  4. Click through to the desired part. At the lowest level, you will see the Load CAD data [Load the CAD data] link.

  5. Click on Load CAD data [Load the CAD data].

    -> The part is opened on PARTcommunity.
