The tool for the administration of the database (PLINKDB or PLDBDEMO) and the data records is the PARTlinkManager module.

The PARTdataCenter module is the tool for the so-called initial filling and for ongoing data synchronization with the third-party systems.

The tasks are divided in different fields:

  1. The basic ones, normally one-time tasks when introducing the ERP/PDM integration

    • Column creation to enable the initial filling

    • Configuration of the column display

  2. Current data management

    • Creation of ERP numbers

    • Managing / editing of database entries

    • Creation of variants
