For all three functions the condition is fulfilled, if an ERP number is available.

Preferred rows on/off:

If you activate the Preferred rows on/off function, all table rows that do not contain an ERP number (i.e. those with red status bitmaps) are hidden. See below.

In addition, projects without an ERP number are no longer displayed in the catalog index, nor are directories that do not contain at least one part with an ERP number. See Section 5.1.4, “ Status colors for catalog index ”.

Export condition

As the export condition is set in the same direction ( (ERP_PDM_NUMBER.NE.'') ), the parts that are displayed in the table when the preferred rows on/off [Preferred rows on/off] function is activated are (PARTdataManager) / (3Dfindit Enterprise) are exportable.
