As soon as a user has sent the email, it is transmitted to the standards body.

Based on the stored template, the e-mail automatically receives an open.psmid file as an attachment, which contains all the important characteristics.

If you enter the string under "Internal Identification of the part" in PARTdataManager under Extras menu > Open part via MIDENT [Open part by MIDENT], you can inspect the part directly in 3D and table view.

The Add to link database function in 3Dfindit or PARTdataManager is available on the standards body side.

The standards body enters the ERP number [ERP Number] and material [Material].

A test login with the user account shows that the status display is now green, meaning that the part can be exported to CAD.
