Click on the menu item Export to file [Export in file]. -> A selection of different 3D export and graphic file formats ^[110] (BMP, JPEG, TIFF) appears (see illustration).

Select (by mouse click) the appropriate export format for your CAD system from the available export format, e.g. the AutoCAD file format DXF 3D.

Export in file

A window appears in which you can specify the storage location ( File name field) and version status ( Version field) of the file. The default setting is the Documents folder in the user directory. Use the Browse button ... to open the Explorer window Save as.... [Save as...] Assign a file name and click on the Save button. Close the window with OK.

Note Please ensure that the file extension (e.g. *.dxf ) is added.

Open the file from your CAD system.
