Functions of the
file management can be found both in the File menu and in the Default toolbar.

If QA mode is active (PARTproject -> Extras -> Preferences... -> General -> Activate QA), the menu items New, New table, New Drawing and Open are inactive. It is not allowed to
directly open or create files in the PARTdesigner. Editing has to
be started via PARTproject.
