Client -> AppServer Cache (Port 9022) -> AppServer

Simplest Configuration: The cache server is installed on a dedicated server at the site.

Behind a load balancer

Client -> Load Balancer -> AppServer Cache (allowproxy = true) -> AppServer

If an upstream proxy or load balancer is used, allowproxy must be set allowproxy so that the original client IP is correctly evaluated.

Multi-client

Client A (API Key: ABC) -> AppServer Cache (rfsdataseparated = true) -> AppServer
Client B (API Key: XYZ) -> AppServer Cache (rfsdataseparated = true) -> AppServer

When rfsdataseparated = true, the client caches are completely separated.
