As of V12.8 CAD Proxy exporter can export STEPAP242, JTAP2422 and PLMXML.^[68]

A .stpx file is created as output.

Caveats:

A successful export requires the "STEP_AP242" NX translator license. On the part of PSOL no extra license is needed.

The exporter will attempt to export Kinematics data with the model. This will only work if the model is opened in the NX Application where the kinematics data is stored, such as Mechatronics Concept Designer. If this condition is not fulfilled, the export will contain no Kinematics data.

Kinematics export works starting with NX1953 and later.
