Labeling of directories, projects and table lines / call up created reports

Reports are marked by a special icon :

  • In index tree

    When moving the mouse over the icon, a tooltip with already available reports is displayed.

    When moving the mouse over the icon, a tooltip with already available reports is displayed.

  • In the table (if the report only concerns a special line; this is only the case at the search for unmachined part.

When clicking on the icon the respective report opens. If there is more than one available, a dialog box opens where you can select the desired report (see Section 3.1.13.4.3, “ Report management... - Call up created reports later ”).

Call up created reports later

Created reports are saved and can be called up anytime later via:

  • Extras menu -> desired type of report -> Report management...

  • Context menu of a directory -> desired type of report -> Report management...

The dialog box Generated reports opens.

If a report had been created based on a line (Search for unmachined parts), then the standard name (NB) is displayed, otherwise the standard text (NT).

If a report had been created based on a line (Search for unmachined parts), then the standard name (NB) is displayed, otherwise the standard text (NT).

Select the desired report.

Afterwards the following functions are available:

Button Function
Display The report is opened.
Delete The report is deleted.
Open report folder

The respective directory under $CADENAS_DATA\shared\reports\Analyses\ is opened.

Select index directory The directory where the report is based on, is marked in the index tree.
Import report...

Communicate cross-departmental. Simply import other's reports.

An Explorer window opens. Select the report to import.

Close The dialog box is closed.
