On the tabbed page Request licenses online, you can call the online form (on this compare Online-Registrierung und Lizenzierung).
Via online form you can register and order licenses.
When requesting licenses for the license server, pay attention to use mac addresses, not system IDs.
You can detect the mac addresses either on the tabbed page Licenses under Host ID
Save the configuration in as json file. Open it in Notepad. The first entry under "hostids" shows the mac address of the server. In this way you can detect it remotely. It is required for issuing the license.
