Problem: As of version 12 the Interface queries the sortstring from SAP and expects SLW:C for SolidWorks in standard case.^[66]

However, data migrated from SAPPLM are missing this information and thus the assembly's children have not been downloaded.

Solution:

Migrated (SAPPLM>ECTR) assemblies often have empty component sortstring values. To support loading such assemblies, add a ',' at the end of the <component_sortstring_values> setting. This will add an empty string to the list of legal sortstring values.
