In ifrevit.cfg, in the block CadDocumentAttributes, the default key value of "Manufacturer " has been changed,^[92]

from

to

?_ATTR("CATALOG")

In the first case (so far), the catalog name was transferred from the company key [Company key]. In the second case (from V12 SP4), the entry under catalog name [Catalog name]. This can also be done in the same way for other CAD systems for the desired attribute.

The background to this is that no modifications (e.g. name extensions or changes in upper/lower case) can be made when transferring the value from the company key [Company key] (at least not directly, only via the translation table).

The catalog designation [Catalog name] is also displayed in the parts information [Part information] under Company.

In principle, any text can be translated, which is then also visible in the part information [Part information], for example.
